IMPORTANT! IF YOU HAVE ATTENDED ONE BIG HOLIDAY IN THE PAST YOU SHOULD NOT OPT INTO THE PRE-SALE. As a returning guest, you automatically will have a Pre-sale Password created for you based trip history. 

Pre-sale Passwords will be sent via email by 6pm ET on the day the official lineup is announced to anyone who opted in prior to 2:30pm ET on the day the lineup was announced.  

Anyone who opts in after 2:30pm ET on the day the  lineup was announced will receive their Pre-sale Passwords on Monday, May 18 before 3pm.

Opt-In Info:

• One Pre-sale Password will allow you to book one room during the Pre-sale.

• Opting into the Pre-sale does not guarantee you a room as there will be more passwords sent than rooms available.
• Pre-sale Passwords are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the password holder.
