- Rooms at Sapphire Resort are sold out. The remaining rooms at located at Dreams Riviera Cancun - just a quick walk down the beach.
- If you have ADA/mobility issues and need a first floor room, please make a note in your reservation and the medical field of your Cloud 9 Account and contact our team to confirm your needs.
Bringing Your Family:
- After booking, fill out the Kids Form found in your Cloud 9 Account and our team will reach out to get your kids properly added. Kids that will be 13 and older at the time of the event are the full adult price.
- Book your room based on the number of adults. Max occupancy is 2 adults and 2 kids or 3 adults and 1 kid for rooms with Double Beds. Max occupancy is 2 adults and 1 kid for rooms with a King Bed.
