Before Booking:
• If you are unsure who your guest will be at the time of booking, you can add them at a later date. However, you are responsible for the full deposit at the time of booking.
• ADA accessible rooms include wider clearance through doorways, toilet & bathroom rails, shower benches, and roll in showers and are located on the first floor. Should you need a room for these purposes, you should book a Premium Tropical View Suite at Sapphire Resort. After booking, please contact the Travel Team to confirm your ADA needs/requirements.
• Please book the room based on the number of adults in the reservation. Max occupancy is 2 adults and 2 kids or 3 adults and 1 kid for rooms with Double Beds. Max occupancy is 2 adults and 1 kid for rooms with a King Bed.
• After booking, fill out the kids form found in your Cloud 9 Account and our team will reach out to get your kids properly added to your reservation! Kids that will be 13 and older at the time of the event are considered the full adult price.
