• Those needing ADA accessible rooms:  Hard Rock is sold out.  We do not recommend reserving a room if you have a mobility issue that makes it impossible to board a shuttle bus.  If you need a room with ADA specific amenities please contact the Cloud 9 Travel Team before booking.

Bringing Your Family:

• The Hard Rock is now sold out. Unico is an adults only resort - guests must be 18+ to stay there. If you would like to reserve a room at One Big Holiday and bring your family please contact the Cloud 9 Travel Team prior to booking.
