Before Booking:
- If you have mobility issues and need a first floor room, please book a room in the Swim Up, Tropical or Premium Tropical categories and make a note in your reservation when booking and also in the medical field of your Cloud 9 Account.
- ADA accessible rooms include wider clearance through doorways, toilet & bathroom rails, shower benches, and roll in showers and are located on the first floor. Should you need a room for these purposes, you should book a Premium Tropical View Suite. After booking, please contact the Travel Team to confirm your ADA needs/requirements.
Bringing Your Family:
- After booking, fill out the Kids Form found in your Cloud 9 Account and our team will reach out to get your kids properly added. Kids that will be 13 and older at the time of the event are the full adult price.
- Book your room based on the number of adults. Max occupancy is 2 adults and 2 kids or 3 adults and 1 kid for rooms with Double Beds. Max occupancy is 2 adults and 1 kid for rooms with a King Bed.
